Mr. Cross has drafted hundreds of cleaning and restoration contracts, and has represented over 200 local and national restorers in contract disputes, collection matters, workmanship claims and standard of care issues. He was a contributor to the RIA’s WLS examination, and the IICRC Water Damage and Mold Standards. He has been a lecturer for the Kent State University Restoration Project Management program for eight years. He has published over 60 articles in restoration industry trade journals and has given more than 100 invited presentations to the restoration industry nationwide.
