Mr. Cross has drafted hundreds of cleaning and restoration contracts, and has represented over 200 local and national restorers in contract disputes, collection matters, workmanship claims and standard of care issues. He was a contributor to the RIA’s WLS examination, and the IICRC Water Damage and Mold Standards. He has been a lecturer for the Kent State University Restoration Project Management program for eight years. He has published over 60 articles in restoration industry trade journals and has given more than 100 invited presentations to the restoration industry nationwide.

Norris has been a council member for the National Institute of Disaster Restoration and on the Board of Directors for the Restoration Industry Association. He has participated as an instructor for the Restoration Industry Association's (RIA) highest professional designation; Certified Restorer (CR), the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and, a Master Trainer for the Construction Infection Control Training Institute (CICTI).

Michael Pinto, CMP

For over 40 years Michael A. Pinto has provided professional safety and industrial hygiene services related to a wide variety of indoor contaminants. From asbestos to mold he has been on the forefront of industry trends and shared expertise related to lead control, IAQA and sick building syndrome, radon, and chemicals. Recently, he helped to develop forensic restoration as a separate subcategory of the general restoration field.
