Mr. McGuire is considered an expert in disaster recovery, including the restoration of structural losses and the recovery of vital documents and contents. He is a published author of numerous articles, podcasts, industry interviews, and panels related to his field.
Doug is the co-founder and COO at RARE Restoration and Roofing, leading large-loss recovery efforts across Colorado and nationwide, including projects in multiple states following hurricanes, wildfires and floods. With over 15 years of experience in disaster restoration and construction management, he brings expertise in scope development, team leadership, and delivering results under pressure.
